One-on-one Career Advising
Career transitions can often evoke negative emotions such as anxiety, insecurity, and feelings of powerlessness. It may not be easy for Para athletes to adjust their emotions in a short period of time after entering the workplace. One-on-one career counseling can help alleviate these negative feelings by providing professional advice and tailored solutions, enabling athletes to maintain a positive and confident attitude and stand unshakeable in face of difficulties and challenges.
Mentorship Programme
Active or retired Para athletes who have gained a wealth of work experience from different industries will serve as 'mentors' for a period of two years, sharing their success stories and the challenges they have faced, and guiding the mentees in adapting to the transition period.
