在知識萬變的社會，持續學習可以突破自我，提升各方面的技能。計劃全面支援不同學歷的殘疾運動員，提供多樣化的教育諮詢、講座、獎學金計劃，讓運動員根據個人興趣、能力和志向，作出學習選擇，為未來作好規劃和準備。
生活技能培訓
社會需要多元人才，為了鼓勵殘疾運動員學習更多技能以投身社會，計劃提供各種生活技能培訓工作坊，讓運動員接觸不同專業，發掘興趣，兼備知識與技能。

要在訓練及學習間取得「平衡」實屬不易，殘疾運動員也許曾經因為專注訓練、投入比賽而放棄升學的機會。然而，學習，永遠不會遲！
殘疾運動員就業及教育計劃的「獎學金計劃」為計劃退役或退役殘疾運動員提供學費資助。資助計劃涵蓋各類課程，包括職業訓練、專上教育，甚至是大學、研究生及碩士課程，最多可獲24萬元資助！
運動員可以根據個人興趣、能力和志向持續進修，提升各方面的技能，為未來作好規劃和準備。
