Facing the substantial changes resulting from retirement, Para athletes may feel lost and troubled. PACEP provides diversified career exploration activities for retired athletes, including career guidance seminars, interview skills workshops, mock interviews, internship opportunities, and job referrals, helping them with faster integration into the workforce and success in their "second career”.
Educational Support
Continuous learning allows individuals to surpass themselves and enhance various skills in a rapidly evolving marketplace. PACEP provides all-round support to Para athletes of different educational backgrounds by offering diverse educational consultations, seminars, and scholarship programmes, enabling athletes to make learning choices based on their personal interests, abilities, and aspirations, and make proper planning and preparation for their future.
Life Skills Training
The community demands a diverse pool of talents. In order to encourage Para athletes to acquire additional skills for workforce integration, PACEP offers various life skills training workshops, which allow for their exposure to different professions, exploration of interests, and development of both knowledge and skills.
